Registration for all students is handled through the District Office. Links below will provide a print out of a registration packet which must be completed for each new or transferring in student. There is an additional packet that pertains exclusively to elementary students in grades PreK through 6. If you have any questions, please call Bonnie Robertson at 845-456-1100 x 5128. Must be filled in for ALL students Must be filled in for ALL ELEMENTARY students - grades PreK through 6th Must be filled in if child lives with one biological parent or guardian and there is NO legal custody agreement Must be filled in if NO rental agreement or proof of home ownership is provided or home where child resides is owned by some one other than parent/guardian Must be filled in if your child needs to take medicine DURING the school day |
