September 23rd Superintendent Letter to Parent

September 23, 2020

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Beginning on Monday, September 28th we will be welcoming our students back to school.  The “A” group will report to school Monday and one week later, on Monday, October 5th the “B” group will come to school and the “A” students will be home using virtual learning.

This is all new to parents, teachers and students. Safety is priority one and a mask must be worn at all times by everyone. I am available should you have any questions. Should there be a health issue at either school, we will share whatever information with you that we are permitted to share. I am encouraging the principals to provide fresh air breaks to students throughout the day since wearing a mask all day is a difficult thing to get used to.

I want to thank our dedicated faculty and staff for their hard work in making this process as smooth as possible. I also want to thank you for your patience and support. You have been a true partner in your child’s education.

Thank you and please let myself or the principal know if you have any questions that your child’s teacher cannot answer.

Sincerely,

John C. Morgano Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools
