Eldred Junior-Senior High School recently participated in Core 1 Training from Leader in Me and Franklin Covey on their August 27th conference day. This newly released curriculum provides a foundational structure for implementing the Leader in Me program. By completing this training, the entire JSHS staff is now equipped with the essential leadership skills and practices to begin integrating the model throughout the building, empowering both students and educators to become leaders. This training is a crucial first step in expanding the program beyond its current scope and into grades 9-12.
