PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education Regular Meeting & Public Hearing of the Eldred Central School District will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Junior Senior High School (JSHS) gymnasium beginning at 6:00 p.m.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Eldred Central School District hereby authorizes and directs that a Public Hearing be held on June 11, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the JSHS Gymnasium, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed Real Property Tax Exemption authorized pursuant to applicable provisions of New York State Real Property Tax Law, including consideration of exemptions for the surviving spouses of members of incorporated volunteer fire companies, fire departments, and ambulance services killed in the line of duty; exemptions for the surviving spouses of police officers killed in the line of duty; and exemptions applicable to property owned by cooperative apartment housing corporations, where authorized by law.
