SC BOCES is having a fund raiser for one of their staff members the event is to benefit a long time CTE educator who’s experiencing major health issues.
Sullivan 180 will hire several young individuals (ages 16-20) to work alongside volunteers to help communities, organizations, churches and schools turn their ideas into a reality. Interns also participate in a series of meetings and a “Day of Service” project. Salaries are competitive, presenting an excellent opportunity for a paid summer job where you can make a difference and learn new skills.

Overall, this was a great experience. The community was extremely supportive and it made me proud to be an intern.”

There is a message spreading around New York school districts regarding a threat to schools. This threat originated in NYC. Apparently this was a report by a parent about a specific threat against a school in New York City that involves Neo-Nazi activity. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s department is aware of these reports. We will operate schools as normal tomorrow.
Due to impending inclement weather, the All County Music Festival is postponed to Sunday, March 5th. The Saturday, March 4th rehearsal and concert schedule will be followed for Sunday.

With continuing inclement conditions expected, Eldred will be closed for in person classes on Tuesday, February 28 and will shift to remote instruction. Students will access their Google Classroom for work from the classroom teachers.

JSHS ONLY...
Due to having no water at the Eldred JSHS building will be dismissing at 9:00 am- all JSHS students will be sent home today for remote instruction, Monday, January 30, 2023. JSHS students will access their Google Classroom for work from their classroom teachers.
The elementary building will continue their day as normal. Thank you for your patience with this quick pivot to remote instruction.
