A busy night at The Hive last evening , but a successful one for Yellowjacket Athletics! 🐝💛🖤 ⚾ Varsity Baseball celebrated Senior Night with a big win over Rockland! 🥎 Varsity Softball defeated Chapel Field to clinch the Division Championship! 🥎 Modified Softball picked up a great win over Fallsburg! 🏃 Varsity Track had a strong showing at Sullivan West last night as well! Also, a huge congratulations to Evan Zgrodek on reaching 100 career strikeouts last night! What an incredible accomplishment! 👏🔥 Great night to be a Yellowjacket!

Senior Night at The Hive was a special one as we honored Mason, Trai, and Austin for their dedication, leadership, and hard work throughout their careers! Thank you for everything you have brought to Eldred athletics and our school community. The Yellowjackets made the night even better with a huge 11-1 victory over Rockland! Great team win and an awesome way to celebrate our seniors! 🐝⚾💛🖤

Big congratulations to Tabitha Smith on an amazing performance at the OCIAA Championships yesterday! 🏅 Tabitha placed 5th overall in the pentathlon with a personal best score of 1887 points! What a huge accomplishment and a testament to all of her hard work and dedication. Way to represent the Yellowjackets! 💚💛🐝 Also, congratulations to our Varsity Softball team on an outstanding day at the Sullivan West Tournament! The girls battled hard, defeated Burke, and earned a 2nd place finish after advancing to the Championship Game! ⚾💚💛 Shoutout to Syd Furler for crushing a homerun during the tournament! 💣 Way to step up big for the Yellowjackets!

Stinger was out doing some community service today! 🐝⚾ Eldred Little League and Port Little League had a fun competition to see who could raise the most money during their Hit-A-Thon fundraiser. The two leagues met live at Hawk’s Nest to announce the winner — and Eldred came out on top, raising an amazing $18,000 for the league!! 💚💛 As part of the challenge, the presidents of the leagues had to wear the winning league’s colors for the day. So today, Port Little league President Mary proudly rocked the Green and Yellow! 😂👏 Great job to both leagues for raising money for the kids and supporting youth baseball and softball in our communities! Once a Yellowjacket always a Yellowjacket!!

Big time win for the Varsity Softball team as they take down Seward!! 🥎🔥 A huge shoutout to Jillian Smith on hitting her FIRST CAREER HOMERUN!! 💣⚾ What a moment and what a game for the Yellowjackets! Way to battle all game long and keep the momentum rolling! 💚

The Hudson Valley Food Bank and GRM will be hosting a Pop-Up Farm Stand tomorrow, Friday, May 15th, from 2:00–3:15 PM!
Pre-packed items will be available for us to load into your car, along with the opportunity for families to choose items they would like. This event is FREE and open to all of our Eldred families!

💪 Elizabeth Herrmann had an outstanding performance:
🥏 4th Place in Discus with a throw of 89 feet!
🚀 5th Place in Javelin with a throw of 64 feet 8 inches!

💥 Jayden Daletto also represented strong in the Javelin:
